I am a licensed Texas Real Estate Agent and have worked with many decorating and building coordinators
over the years. I have been working with Builder Coordinating Services, LLC for some time now and I must say I have
been very impressed with Karen Tompkins, the coordinating Specialist. Her professionalism and knowledge of the business
of building new homes and remodeling them exceptional. She works well with people, is punctual and can be counted on
to get the job completed and on time.
I would recommend her to anyone in the industry. Karen knows the companies and places to get
the products you need. She can also find products that you really want for your home or project that you can not find.
She has many years of experience in these areas and would be terrific asset to any company and to any person needing her personal
touch on completing a project.

To Whom It May Concern:
This is a letter of recommendatioin for "Builder Coordinating Services, LLC". We have personally
worked with Karen A. Tompkins, the coordinating Specialist for this company. When we first came in contact with her,
we were in the process of building our new home and were extremely confused and stressed as to what to do first. We
had no idea as to where to start and the builder was not a lot of help.
The builder had decided to hire Karen's expertise and she began to take us under her wing and show
us where to begin. She took us out to the flooring places, plumbing facilities, lighting companies and all of the others
that we needed to complete our job. She was wonderful with her keen sense of style and knowledge of how it all would
go together. She was able to help us see how it all would work.
Karen also kept track of everything we purchased, with a log and how much money we had left to work
with in each of our building allotments. She made us copies of everything and kept in touch with us, the builder and
the various companies for delivery of products to our building site.
All in all, she took so much pressure off the process of building a home with her knowledge of the
whole building industry and her professionalism. She made us feel like she cared and was part of the process with us.
We would highly recommend her to anyone. She would be a wonderful asset to a remodel, new building, staging of real
estate properties and anything else in this field.
